When do I need to pay for my booking?

We require a deposit equal to 50% of the ticket price to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date stated on your invoice. All payments will be confirmed by email.

We have a large group, can we all pay individually?

Unfortunately not, we can only accept one payment for each group booking.

What is the minimum number for a booking?

Ideally a booking is for a minimum of 8 guests. We can accept bookings for smaller numbers on the understanding that guests may be placed on shared tables. Unfortunately we cannot offer premium tables to bookings of less than 8 guests.

How do I pay for my booking?

The easiest way is by BACS transfer. You can also pay by debit/credit card or by cheque.

Can I make any last minute changes to my booking, such as adding extra guests?

We will do our very best to accommodate any changes you wish to make. We are happy for you to add to your guest list but please note this would be subject to availability on the night and menu choices may be limited.

What is the minimum age for party guests?

Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult. We operate a strict 'Challenge 25' policy, so it is essential you bring ID on the night as proof of age. Unfortunately, anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted in the venue.

If I have to cancel my booking will I lose my deposit?

Unfortunately all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, although if you wish to move your booking to an alternative night, we will try to accommodate this for you, subject to availability. Please note this will incur an extra cost if your new chosen night is of a higher ticket price than that of your original booking.

Can I pre-order drinks for my table?

You can pre-order champagne, wine and all bottled drinks for your table. Please contact a member of our team who will be happy to arrange this for you.

Can I arrange individual place names for my guests?

We are unable to provide these ourselves, but are happy to allow you access to the restaurant on arrival, so you can place individual name cards on your tables.

One of our guests has a birthday, can we decorate our table?

We are happy to allow early access to the restaurant so you can decorate your table, however unfortunately we do not allow helium balloons as they restrict the view of the stage.

What shall I do if I have a food allergy?

We are able to cater for any food allergies. Please inform us at time of booking so we can ensure our team has the necessary information.

Do you have a dress code?

We do not have an official dress code as such but due to the nature of the evening, we encourage our guests to dress smartly.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes, we have full disabled facilities, including ramp access and disabled toilets. Please contact us with any concerns or special requirements.

Is there a cash bar?

Yes but we also accept debit/credit cards.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight?

Guests can leave vehicles overnight but must arrange collection for the following day at an agreed time, usually between the hours of 11am and 2pm. There will be a £5 charge for vehicles left overnight.

Is vaping allowed in the venue?

Vaping is not permitted in the resturant or casino area out of consideration to other guests, but is discretionary in the bar.

Is the venue heated?

Yes, we have heating throughout the venue so the only place you will need a coat is outside!

What type of flooring does the marquee have?

Our marquee has a fully suspended level floor and is carpeted throughout.
